Schedule or reschedule your check-out appointment 24 hours in advance.
Students should plan to check out of their space within 24 hours of their last final exam. Buildings close on Saturday, May 9 at 8 p.m.
Follow the instructions provided by your RA to ensure your check out is completed properly and keys are returned to avoid improper check-out fees.
If you require an extension due to extenuating circumstances, such as travel restrictions, finals schedule, summer housing transitions, emergencies, or graduation, you must submit an extension request no later than Wednesday, May 6 at 11:59 p.m. Submit your extension request here.
If you are graduating or are approved for an extension, you will schedule your check-out appointment directly with your Residence Coordinator.
